What is the genetic reason why some races all have black hair ?

because there are genes called recessive and dominant genes. give the recessive gene a little p and the dominant gene a big P. as humans genes are passed down from our parents. if a dominant gene is present at all one will have darker hair. recessive genes create lighter. e.g there are four sets of genes to each person. say they are Pp pp pp and pp the person will definitely have dark hair. if their are no dominant genes it will be light.

(Not 2 b racist) ,but if could be possible because of slavery. I'm quite sure everyone has a little of black in them, no matter what people say about it.
its because the black hair trait has been inherited by all the people of that race..so black colour becomes the dominant trait that is being transferred to the offsprings..
for the same reason that certain species of dogs are born with certain fur characteristics.. after time dogs were breed to look a certain way... same with people... accidently cerain races developed there own characteristcs in there domaniant genes.....

Probably because of our ancestors -- the gorilla (or whatever ape name you call him). Gorillas back then probably have black hair. Thus via evolution we have black hair.



Blonde gorillas is another story.
