can you tell me the shade and what hairdye i should use? Also, what's the best place to put the streak? i want the bottom-ish part, i don't want it to start all the way from the roots/top. i have layers in the front, my hair goes down to a little beneath my shoulders. Midnight Blue or Baby Pink
Oh, I wanted colored streaks so I bought some natural hair extensions on Ebay. Yeah, real hair, not synthetic that was dyed pink. I would put them in my hair and it looked like I had dyed pieces. When I got tired of it, I simply unclipped them and sold them to someone else. Here's a link to a bunch of the extensions that I'm talking about. Baby pink color... and then there is a rainbow assortment of neon colors to include blue and purple...

I don't know alot of hairdyes but a color you definately shouldn't get is pink. Pink is to bright on your complexion. Try bluish purple. Sooo cool. If you want you could use that wash out hairdye. Oh, and put it anywhere you like. It's your hair.
i say thin streaks of hot pink and a greenish-electric blue at the bottom like you said. you could get some in your bangs too (for bangs, i'd go chunkier.) if you want some really cool ideas for 'different' colors and styles, go here:

my friend has dark brown hair with a pink streak in it and it looks awesome.
find a nice section of hair on one side of your face, a little above your ear (so that you can tuck it behind your ear and it'll look great and still be visible). bleach the section first (to make sure the dye holds), and then dye it bright pink.
