What hair dye will turn my black hair into brown?

i don't care what kinda of hair dye it is or how much. as long as it isn't bleach. i don't want to **** up my hair. b/c it has fallen out after i got it bleached twice at a salon and it took two years for the back to grow back.What hair dye will turn my black hair into brown?
A light brown hair dye because dark brown won't affect it much.

Get a super light blonde color and that should turn it lighter. if its too light you can always color it again with a brown. :)
Just look at the box. It will show what kind of shade black hair will turn after you use it.
if your hair is artificially black, hair colour wont lighten it.
You better use Brown hair dye.
