I will be honest you have quite a challenge, Black hair color has been a thorn in my side my entire career as a stylist. But the best thing I could recommend is called dyes-off you may buy it in a beauty supply store, it is for removing hair color on skin but I have used it on walls and floors. Hope I helped.
