Well the only way to achieve blue is to bleach it first.If you used a black hair dye with henna in it,good luck.My advice would be to lighten your hair enough to go red.You will have to use bleach for that too.You have to go black,red and then blond or in your case blue.I would probably just do some foils to keep the damage to a minimum.To achieve pink it will be the same process.
My sister had that problem last year. To keep yourself from the hassle of dying it over and over, bleach it first and then dye it.

You have to bleach your hair first in order to do that. You can die it the blue or pink with out doing this, but it'll look stupid and won't come out the right color.
