What is the best dye if you want jet black hair?

Thats looks natural and not dye looking? My real hair color is reddish brown but I like black hair alot more.



Also is there such a thing as black eyes? I have noticed latly that my eye color is getting more brown...somehow but I don't want to deal with contacts.What is the best dye if you want jet black hair?

I thought I liked black hair also but after I colored it I just didn't like it. Believe me, I tried to but it doesn't look good on me I guess. It looks unnatural. And now I'm stuck with it, I tried dyeing over it with various colors, but didn't work. It's still there! And it looks bad as it grows out. It may look good on you, but here's a suggestion. If you buy the second darkest color, which is usually brown/black, or the third is dark brown, you can see how you look with a dark color like that. Keep your hair like that for a month or so, and if you end up liking it, dye it the black! If you don't like it, the brown colors will most likely fade and you can redye it a different color. Or you may just like the brown/black color, and you can keep that!

I would go to a beautician and let them color it. They will tell you which color is best for your hair. BUT make sure it is a beautician that you trust and know; or she/he might mess up your hair. I had hair color once and hated it.
I used Garnier but beware bc you can't change black. i recommended deep brown that you can change.
Clairol is pretty good. I love the Blue Black hair dye...it's so pretty!
