What are some quick and easy ways to keep my dark black hair healthy?

I'd like some ways to keep my hair shiny and healthy-looking with some quick little recipes made right at home...What are some quick and easy ways to keep my dark black hair healthy?
COndition, condition, condition! Use a really good product as far as conditioner goes. Try to stay away from Pantene and dove, and other products like that. THey are very waxy and can cause a build- up that the conditioners won't be able to penetrate. Tresemme is a good and cheap line but go pro if you want it really healthyWhat are some quick and easy ways to keep my dark black hair healthy?
Deep conditioning is the best treatment. Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Don't wash your hair with shampoo everyday. Skip days before you use shampoo again. Also, use hot oil every 2 weeks. Eating proteins will do the trick as well...
TO KEEP IT SHINY--- MIX A BANNANA WITH ABOUT 4 TEASPOONS OF ALMOND OIL AND APPLY IT TO YOUR HAIR AND LEAVE IT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND THEN WASH YOUR HAIR AND YOUR HAIR WILL LOOK REALLY PREATTY AND SHINEY

TO KEEP IT HEALTHY ---APPLYA DEEP CONDITONER EVERY 2 WEEKS LIKE THE ';PAVES FLAWLESS UN DAMEGED GOODS DEEP REPARING CONDITIONING CREAM'; THATS A REALLY GOOD DEEP CONDITIONER I USE IT AND IT LEAVES MY HAIR SO SOFT AND HEALTHY AND I HAVE LONG HAIR SO I REALLY HAVE TO USE DEEP CONDITIONERS REALLY OFTEN (HOPE IT HELPS)

GOOD LUCK!!!!
don't wash it.

seriously, extend the period of time between shampoos. it is kind of gross, but when you shampoo next time, it will be very healthy and shiny. you will love it.
ok here is a healthy recipe: take your hair, put in pan with oil and butter, some garlic and onion , make it brown...add some peeled tomatoes.........
Olive oil, or mayonnaise. Like put mayonnaise on hair over night with a show cap on, and also protects your hair from getting bugs, also using intensive conditioner would work. Right now I'm using a leave in conditioner from Paul Mitchell and it works so great, only a pea size of that stuff will make your hair soft and shiny.
Mix fresh egg yolk with a coffee spoon of Castor oil and add bone marrow (cooked beef bone, separate the bone marrow by slightly dabbing it on a clean surface), apply on wet, clean hair(after washed by a mild shampoo, rinse well), let it stay for 10-15 minutes, make slight foam, rinse well. Repeat once a week.
massage with wheatgerm oil
washing your hair with beer; raw egg shampoo; slight dab of baby oil as you style your hair.

Don't forget to have your hair trimmed every 6-8wks. Consider it a maintenance tune-up, like your car. This helps with split ends to keep your hair healthy.
never ever put it in the toaster.
Jojoba oil.
