How can I get black hair dye off my face with out burning my skin?

I've tried water, makeup, makeup remover, hard-core scrubbing, and, even, a touch of bleach. Nothing worked, and the bleach just burned my skin... Help? How can I get black hair dye off my face with out burning my skin?
hand sanitizer :D

or rubbing alcohol [kind of burns]

when i use hair dye and it stains my hands and sometimes my face,

hand sanitizer usually worksHow can I get black hair dye off my face with out burning my skin?
Belive it or not, color erases color. As strange as it my sound, with a little left over color dab a little on your skin (where stained) and rub it in. As you rub it you will be surprised as it starts to fade away. Once it looks very smeared, rinse the area. You will see a dramatic difference.

Hint: works better if it fresh!
I've heard that using toothpaste works pretty good. It has to be a paste and not a gel but I've heard that or rubbing alcohol works pretty good too. Good luck!

PS- did you try soap? I dyed my hair black yesterday and soap and water took it off my forehead.

T
When my friends and I tye-dyed shirts we used Clorox Bleach to get the color off of our hands and it didn't burn. It might be a lower concentration that straight bleach, if that's what you used.
you can try nail polish remover with acetone or johnson and johnson baby shampoo
It'll come off in time... You shouldn't try to force it too much.
peroxide with rubbing alcohol.
