How can i dye my dyed black hair light brown?

Last month i dyed hair naturally brown hair black. Now i want it back to a medium or light shade of brown. How can i do this myself without bleaching it blonde? How can i dye my dyed black hair light brown?
you have to get a color stripper and strip the color from your hair and then dye it the color you want it.How can i dye my dyed black hair light brown?
Don't bleach your hair. It will kill it and fade to a nasty color. If your patient, Just wait a few months (Yes, seems like alot) Then re-dye it. From personal experience. I dyed my hair black then tried to dye it dark red couple months later. My natural hair color that was seeping in got dyed instead of my whole head. So I had black hair with dark red roots. Didn't look bad though :)
I just did it and it came out good. First I went to Sally and got a color 12 (lightest) with a 30 developer just to lighten it without bleach. Then I got a ash blonde box color at the store and it came out really cute honey color. Good luck and don't bleach!
No you cant do it yourself. Sorry. I did the same thing.

NOTHING. I repeat NOTHING can dye over black. I learned the hard way lol.
Excesive shampooing.

Shampoo it over night.

The color will start to faid into a brown.

Hope I helped.
