Natural Instincts (Clairol) has very low peroxide, no ammonia, and it's not henna. That's what I use after bleaching because it's much less harsh on hair.





If you're a guy, there's also a line of Natural Instincts for men.





Edit: Oh, ok. If it's for your girlfriend, I suggest the regular old Natural Instincts then. ;)





P.S. - The person below me is wrong... every semi-permanent brand has SOME peroxide in it... but a very small amount. And they have no ammonia. The ammonia is the worst thing you can put on your hair. Not a brand..But any Semi-Permanent hair color...You can get it at wal-mart, a drug store...Just about anywhere...





Person above me...So...Natural instincts has low peroxide, and no Ammonia...But yet semi has some peroxide, and no ammonia..Sounds the same to me...but yet I'm wrong....
yeh go hollands and barrent they do hair dye no ammonia peroxide or henna . its good for the hair
