Any excellent black hair straighteners that are natural?

My wife hates her hair. She relaxes it often because once she washes, it her hair is coarse again. Its not that it grows fast either to say its the growth. Anyone know of any natural relaxers that will not break her hair and that she can use on hair that is already chemically relaxed?Any excellent black hair straighteners that are natural?
How unfortunate. She probably hates her natural hair because, like many women of color, she's been relaxing it fr so long she just doesn't know how to take care of it. There are natural relaxers, however they work better on natural hair and are ot really effective on relaxed hair. If her hair is chemically relaxed....then the hair is already broken..in order for chemical relaxers to be effective they have to break the bonds in hair. I'd also say that it may not even be the case that her hair just grows slow...relaxers make hair more susceptible to breakage and since black hair is typically more fragile, her hair probably IS growing, it's just that since she is relaxing it she isn't RETAINING the length. This is why relaxing hair is bad.





At this point, what I suggest you do is just invest in natural products that could help her love the hair that she has. Since I doubt she would be open to going natural (as this would require cutting off the relaxed hair)...what you can do is just help her love her hair and retain length. Just ask her what products she feels would best help her with her hair. Also if you want to you can also invest in a hair straightener like Bedhead...they don't damage the hair as much.





Make sure you get the products for relaxed hair though and not the ones for natural hair.
