If you want green or blue, I'd suggest making sure that they're a dark shade. If they're too bright it will look tacky.
I think a purple color would look really cute though.
you should go with blonde, maybe some very thin blue strands but i still say you shoud go with blonde.
well either wayy ul have to bleack he strickes first and than desicide but either way it will turn green
thin red highlights always look really nice in black hair!
