Does anyone know of a good flat iron for black hair?

I need to be able to straighten my hair like all the way straight about 1 or 2 a week and the flat iron has to be ceramic. I'm black so it would be nice if I could find one that straightens my hair without being too drying or damaging.Does anyone know of a good flat iron for black hair?

get a CHI iron
those generic ones don't work well, the heat settings are not as high. I recently bought a hai straightener and it works well; a lot better than the ones i used to by at the drug stores. the price is around $80 - $90
the iron u use 4 ur cloth. it really works. i have a friend that uses it.
HAI
The Revlon flat irons, although not specifically made for black hair, have the highest heat settings and are the only straightners where the metal curves around the side so you don't get that indentation like the other ones. Gold is okay but even though it is marketed towards black women it doesn't get very hot and it has that rectangular plate that leaves a crease/indentation in your hair. Hai and Chi are somewhat expensive and most of the time you have to order them because they cannot be brought in a store. Revlon is the best way to go.
