I have black hair and have colored them blonde with lighter streaks too. Noe the roots have grown by about 1 inch, how ccan i retouch them at home?How can i retouch my black hair to blonde??

Bleach the roots only
well if they are chunky highlights, then it will be easier to pick each one up and apply lightener to them. Be careful, use a tint brush if u have one. It can b messy...if ur streaks are thin, the way hairdressers conseal them is by adding new ones! goodluck!
