What is the best way to get black hair to a light blonde?

i want to go to a light-ish blonde and my hair is dyed black now. also i want to put in black highlights after i get my hair blonde. so how do i do this at home? can you please list how to and where to get the products and what products are the best. also, can i jusy buy a really light blonde hair dye or will that not work?What is the best way to get black hair to a light blonde?

if you go to walmart there are some loreal hair dyes that are specialized to make dark hair light blonde. i would suggest looking at those. if it's not the exact color you want you should atleast dye it like that for a month and then from that point on go lighter or to the color you want and then add the black.

my sister did that. she had about 3 visits from the hairdresser to slowly lighten it up, cause if you do it all at once you will get a horrible colour. it just takes lots of highlights i think untill you have lightened it up enough just to dye it and then put your highlights in.
you bleach it first and then you dye it or you can dye it a few times or do it twice with a cheap hair dye and once with a good dye
