i think green eyes look best. i have very very blue eyes and to make them pop i use mascara and a little eyeline, nothing else, no eye shadow, and it makes them stand out a lot.What color eyes looks best with black hair?
ok well i would just keep your eyes how they are bc there sexy and i wish my eyes were that color, but anyways i hava friend shes so gorgeous and she has lonnnggg straight black hair and blue ish green eyes and she wears black eyeshadow only on the lid. and eyeliner on the bottom and shes one of the prettiest girls i no.. but heres one thing i dont no shes really tan so it might not work with you just depends on your skin
Brown eyes always look nice with black hair :)


Out of blue and green, i'd say blue looks nicer, or dark green. But light green and black hair looks weird.


Try wearing a purple eyeshadow, goes well with green eyes.


Apply white eyeshadow in the tear ducts/corners of your eyes. - PRETTY


White eyeliner on your waterline will make your eyes look bigger.

I think any hair colour looks good with any eye colour.


For instance my friend has black hair and bright green eyes, and she looks gorgeous, but my cousin has black eyes and black hair, and she is stunning too.
Blue. Some mascara and eyeliner.
i have blue eyes and to make them pop i wear blue. and when i wear green they look more green.
I have to say light green eyes.
