I have dyed black hair, but I want to go back to my natural blonde?

I dyed my hair black in January, but I decided that I'd go back to my natural color which is blond. I decided to wait and let my hair grow out, but so far my hair hasn't grown much. How would I strip or remove my black dye without damaging my hair even more than it already is? It's been months since I've dyed it last. Is there any way I can achieve my natural hair color without having to wait for my hair to grow out?I have dyed black hair, but I want to go back to my natural blonde?

it is super hard to color over black hair unless you bleach it and you don't wanna do that!





If I were you I would make an app at a salon and ask for a malibu treatment!!! It takes the yucky chemicals out of your hair without runing it... It will definately help fade your hair but you may need to do it a couple times... Around here they only cost $10

ok ....dying your hair to ur natural blonde wont show ..nothing shows over black ...what u can do is go to a beauty supply store n tell the woman u wanna strip the black completely she'll help you find the best thing for your hair, um,, or u can go to a salon and do it..because unless your used to dying your own hair u cannot miss one piece of hair becasue next thing u know ur head is blonde with black strands or blotches everywhere ...I'd go to a salon ifcant afford that thn id go to a beauty supply store tell them what u wanna do
no, i don't think there's a way. all you can really do is wait-you can dye it back, but most likely it will wash out a little and leave kind of a dark-blondish brownish color-trust me, I've had first hand experience. I think it'd be better just to wait for it. Not much you can do, sorry!
Why did you dye in the first place? Were you afraid of the blonde jokes?





Any way, just DO NOT do anything. No hair colour can remain permanently, it will go sooner or later. It will take time to go the black colour completely. If you try to take short cuts, it will nort be good for your hair. Just wait.
Doing anything but waiting is going to damage it.


You could bleach it and then dye it your natural color


You could just bleach it


Or get the color stripped


or for a chemical free route


you could wait it out


or cut all the black off and wait for your hair to grow back
You could go the hairdresser's, and they'll strip your hair, which is bad for it but it'll roughly get you back your original colour, You'd have to wait at least another year for the black to grow out. You'll probably just have to bleach your hair.
I hace recently dyed my hair black to. There is no way to get it back to your natural hair color other then stripping, which is really un-healthy for it. I suggest bleaching it with kolidacolors bleack in orange and then dyeing it as close to your natural color..
you can, you choose to dye it from its natural color, you have to wait for the blonde to grow back in for a few years for it to be natural, its gonna be a mess though
