I wanna bleach my hair , but i heard its really bad for your hair.
So now i wanna highlight it yellow/blonde , not my whole head just strip of it. I m Asian , I have dark black hair, would i need to bleach it enable to highlight it blond? If so, what would happen if i dont bleach it, i heard the color will just fade away.Do i need bleach to highlight from black hair to blond?

Yeah it will fade really fast and the color won't look as nice on top of black (It will still be kind of dark)
Bleaching is bad for your hair if you do it repeatedly. A few times don't make a difference.
