Dominant genes. Blacks and asians cant be blueeyed or fair haired if they are not mixed with caucasian, Some aboriginals have blond hair without caucasian mix. The blond hair and blue eyes comes from mutated genes.
All people were originally dark haired and brown eyed.

They're dominant genes selected for by the original environment. White people vary so much because there isn't actually a ';white race'; ... it's more of a mixture, and since there weren't many environmental selections you can accumulate mutations that give variable looks.
Because for the most part their ancestors .......adapted to the climate where they originated from.....they have the pale skin because they lived in frigid lands.....and the darker hair to absorb the sunlight so that they could get the benefits of the sunlight (vitamin D and E ....etc.).......now days., because of ad-mixtures......(mostly with Western Europeans) they will sometimes have Blue,Green and Gray Eyes......or lighter hair.)
I'm 100% Chinese and have hazel eyes so it's not impossible, both my parents have brown eyes. Lots of asians think it's cool and ask if I wear contacts but I don't so don't assume.

I have dark brown hair (not black hair) and brown eyes. It's genetics, I guess. There are Asians who have blue eyes, but it's rare.
All white people have whitish skin. Most black people have dark hair. No big mystery.
Some are not even mixed and they have dark brown hair or light brown eyes.
