What product would you recommend to bleach hair blonde in the least amount of dye jobs on black hair?

my hair is currently dyed black, and I want to bleach my hair blonde, veryy light, cause i am dying my hair purple. I've used manic panic, but it killed my hair when i did. so i wont use that again. I want to bleach it the least amount of times. I am thinking of going to sally's beauty supply to buy my products, any suggestions of a few really good products from there?

Unless you want your hair to feel like hay, and look like some rat's nest of gross, overdyed, jersey shore girl, clip in extensions, then i suggest that you get it done professionally. Last summer i bleached my hair after it was dyed black a few months previous, and it started falling out. So if you don't really want your hair to fall start falling out, then i'd get it done as gradual as possible.
