if you can pull off dark hair (not everyone can) then you can just near pull off any color if it is done right.

Asian girls can pull of streaks of fluorescent colour really well. i saw someone who had streaks of neon purple in her black hair and it looked really nice. im not so into blonde streaks in black hair, but its really your opinion that matters!
how about wine red? my friend have those and its really pretty :]
but if you really want it to bold so i think about platinum blond or light brown ,
you should get a platinum blond streak! it looks cool

Red. Two thick chunks of red, one on each side.
