So I have black hair (standard Indian hair color :D) and I really want it to be something other than just black. I was hoping to add some brown or something to my hair without actually dying all of my hair. Also, I DO NOT want to dye my hair blond or the roots blond or anything like that, because in my opinion that doesn't look good with black hair. you may just want to get some brown or dark red high lights.. you know something that looks natural and not like you streaked it with markers.. blonde wouldn't work well with jet black hair and its just not hot!!! hope this helped..What color highlights should I get if I have jet black hair?
I would either go with a somewhat dark brown or even brownish red highlights. Make sure you have the stylist blend them well, so you dont comeout with thick streaks in your hair! Hope this help!
ps- and in my opinion I think the dark redish brown highlights would look really pretty :)
