What are the best color to dye if you have black hair?

I have black hair. but showing a tiny bit of brownish black under sunlight sometimes. Never dye before in my life.


I am thinking of dying my hair to either Dark Redish black hair (if there's such thing) or Dark Chocolate brown





Or is there any other color that's best and look good with black natural hair?

I think the red idea would look nice!


Im thinking chocolate brown would not turn out cause your hair naturaly being dark already.

Those are good choices, black hair doesn't lighten easily, but if your hair is short it should do ok.








The color you choose, depends on your skin tones and your style.





If you have an olive complexion, I would not suggest going to light.


If you have a red or yellow complexion, then I would not suggest going with a red.


If you have dark skin or are cool toned then you shouldn't go lighter then light brown.





Of course if you are an outrageous sort of person, you can throw all that out the window and do whatever you feel like.
Unfortunately dying your hair from black to brownish or dark chocolate is not that easy. Going light to dark is a snap! but black to brown is usually a 2-3 step process. I highly recommend having a Professional do your hair. ;o)
start off with dark brown then go to lighter brown do it slowly or hair will turn out a bad color the color depends on u if u really want to dye your hair id gowith light brown why change hair color im sure the your color of hair fits u perfect why change it
not red thats for sure. to me i dont know about other girls but red is not attractive at all. you should go with brown carmel color with a little bit of highlights.
