I want a white/blond streak in my dyed black hair. Can hydrogen peroxide make that possible?

I asked a question earlier,, asking if regular bleach would work, and some one said something about hydrogen peroxide.I want a white/blond streak in my dyed black hair. Can hydrogen peroxide make that possible?

Hydrogen peroxide will activate the bleach, but you need the bleach first. It is available at beauty supply stores. Carefully follow the directions for mixing.
actuallly, i'm not sure about hydrogen peroxide because your hair is probably too dark.. but i know for a fact that bleach would work.
