Btw,It says Chocolate Blonde But the only blonde is actually some small multi-tonal streaks that occur naturally

If I were you I would go to a hair color specialist. Otherwise if you try to do it yourself it will most likely not turn out the way you like. Bleach on black hair turns orange.
you dont have to bleach it if you have virgin hair..... you just put the color on and it will dye
