You have a couple of choices.

Grow your hair until your natural color shows, then cut it - not necessarily practical and takes a long while.

Bleach your hair to white, then add a blonde color to it.

Technically hair bleach is not a hair dye color, but a color strip.

For the quickest result, strip out the color from your hair, then tint it to the color you want. How can i get rid of the black hair dye out of my hair as i want to go back to my natural colour?
There is this product that you can buy at Sally Beauty Supply, it is a color stripper. You need to be careful as it is like a bleach and you have to use a lot of good conditioner (henna n placenta, brown packet is great) immediately after and don't do it as close together as they say. I had dyed my hair RED (like American Flag Red) and after 2 years I had the same problem that you are describing! You have to be patient and take your time so you don't fry your hair off and after you use the color remover stuff and condition it you can wait like a week then color it a ';mid'; color to cover the unevenness as the black comes out. It can work, but it will take time. Then your hair will probably look kinda fried but you can grow it out and cut is slowly, but it won't look ruined or anything. Take Care!
yikes. there is a product called color oops! or loreal color remover.. it's sold at drugstores and some grocery stores, target etc. This does not damage healthy hair. I went from black to blond using this twice and bleaching it twice, then dying it blond. obviously my hair was not in great condition after this.

if i had to do it again, i'd color remove my hair by myself then go to a salon to have them bleach it. after you color remove it the color will be orange. Should be doable for a salon.
The reason a hairdresser won't touch it is because it will never be your natural color you have probably built up so much pigment in it that it would be impossible to remove. You are going to have to let it grow out and be ugly for a while.
you need a clarifier. it strips the hair of the color. you can usually find it at the drugstore in the shampoo aisle.
My daughter did it, but it took about 3 sessions and about 9 weeks. It still isn't completely right, but it looks a lot better
ur screwed

theres no way without damaging it
you could perm it that worked 4 me once or just wait til it fade out
shave your head and let it grow back in... see what happens
