What will remove black hair dye from a countertop?

the dye has been on my bathroom counter for about 3 months. I have tried straight bleach and a sponge, household bathroom cleaners, the mr. clean sponge, and the bleach pen. What will remove black hair dye from a countertop?
Try Oxy Clean or WD 40. WD 40 seems to be magic. I've listed a web site for you below. What will remove black hair dye from a countertop?
I've had good luck with just straight rubbing alcohol. But I'm surprised the Mr. Clean sponge didn't work. Did you try using the ';heavy duty'; one? I had it take hair color off my bathroom sink, tile and walls that had been there over a year.

You can also try going to a beauty supply store, they have these things called ';haircolor remover'; towelettes. They are very good at getting hair color off A LOT of things.
Perfume gets it off your skin so I`m sure would work on your counter.
TRY THE BLEACH BLUE, BUT IT WON'T BE THE SAME COLOR LIKE BEFORE. BLACK IS REALLY HARD.
I don't think you are going to get it out...stain is set in by now.
