Where can I find temporary brown highlights for black hair?

I'm Asian and have black hair. I've never colored my hair before and I'm interested in seeing how I look with highlights in my hair. I've been seraching for highlights that would wash out in 10-12 washes but couldn't find them. What is a good brand that won't destroy my hair that costs under $15 and where can I find it? I think you can get temporaty color at most drug stores just make sure it temp and not permanent. Since you have virgin hair it could be tricky....be careful- once you put chemicals on it, it's never the same.

Anytime you highlight your hair you are taking the natural pigment out and replacing it with a lighter pigment. So there is NO semi-permanent highlights.
