I'm not going to dye whole head blue, just a few.Is it difficult to dye your hair blue if you have black hair?

Yes. But blue is usually a bad idea anyhow...it always ends up fading to grey in the end, rather undesirbale.
it shouldnt be. but the color might turn out better if you lightened the strands with bleach first

to get a true blue.your hair has to be pretty pale white. if u want a blue black though go get it bleached and then do it blue or u can just do your roots blue? hot roots always looks cool
Yes. If you want the blue to show up you're going to have to lighten it first. Otherwise your hair will remain black but when the sun hits it reflect blue.
you can use this one hair color called loreal ferreir. use the black color. if you don't shake it up until it turns black on the inside of the bottle your hair will be a blueberry color. let it stay a tan color in the bottle, but do shake it up a bit.

First do a strand test to see how long it takes for your hair to blech to a good light tone.


Just bleach your hair wherever you want the streaks. It helps if you get a friend to help. Paste it on with a hair dye brush and carefully wrap each streak up in foil. Wait the amount of time it takes for it to bleach ( you should know that from your strand test).


Then wash out the bleach and put in your dye. I reccomend Jerome Russel Punky.

Get your hair highlighted in a salon.
it won't come out like a nice deep royal blue but it will come out pretty dark like a black-blue...i guess it depends on how black ur hair is. it won't be difficult but just harder 2 pick out from the rest of ur hair..
yeah its very bad to dye your hair blue i wouldnt recommend bleach for black hair im a hair dresser and ive never recommended it for back hair its very hard to correct after if you wanna dye your hair try LIVE colour in blue try two packets to c if it will take

yeah it will take awhile for your hair to actually turn blue. I've always wanted to do this but i have stopped because of the damage that might happen while in the process because of all the steps you have to take to get the color u desired
depends on the blue .. if you just want a blue tone that is almost black no .. but if you are going for electric blue try some brush in or go to the salon.
You have to get it bleached then dyed.





(PS) It might be better for you to go to a salon and get it done b/c the ';bleach'; that is used is dangerous and can cause injury. It's not the regular household bleach.
possibly but it can be done if you bleach the strands or the whole head but the best thing is if you were getting streaks is the iron in colours
No you can just get your roots dyed
Use one of those radical rinses that contain a lot of color. Even black hair will hold the color. I see it all the time.

you have to bleach your hair first or it wont show
