How can you give naturally black hair a really blue tint?

I have tried almost every hair dye that you can buy at local drug store, such as Loreal's Starry Night and Clairol's. Is there any way to give it a really blue tint, especially in the light, without bleach?How can you give naturally black hair a really blue tint?
if you are going for cheap, use Garnier 100% Color, with Blue Black. It WORKS, trust me.


BUT, if you want good quality, go to a salon. Their hair dye is much better and will give you that blue tint you are looking for.
